OVERVIEW:The following is a summary of privacy information relevant to users of the Golf By Choice site. IMS is committed to being a trusted steward of customer data.

PURPOSE: Users who disagree with the Privacy Policy should refrain from using the Golf By Choice site products and experiences. All data collected by the site is collected solely for the purpose of increasing site functionality and operation. No data is being collected for resale or distribution to third parties.

SCOPE: This policy applies to all users who visit the Golf By Choice website as consumers of products presented therein.

POLICY

• Data such as Names, physical addresses, email addresses, contact phone numbers or other means of customer identification are used solely for shipping and customer service purposes.
• Credit card information is not stored by Golf By Choice but by a third party processor in strict compliance with PCI guidelines and other regulations governing the transfer of monetary instruments.
• Data which is already stored with Choice Hotels in connection with any other Choice Hotels program may be accessed by this site, and is used only for operational purposes.

POLICY COMPLIANCE

• COMPLIANCE MEASUREMENT: The IMS Team will verify compliance to this policy through various methods, including but not limited to, periodic walk-thrus, video monitoring, business tool reports, internal and external audits, and feedback to the policy owner.
• EXCEPTIONS: Any exception to the policy must be approved by the IMS Team in advance.
• NON-COMPLIANCE: An employee found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
