If you are not completely satisfied with anything you have purchased from us, you may return it in original, new condition within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased using redeemed Choice Privileges points may only be exchanged. Items purchased with a credit card may be exchanged or fully refunded less any original shipping charges. Golf equipment and apparel may not be returned in used condition unless they are defective or otherwise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. All included accessories need to be returned i.e. head covers, adjustment wrenches, etc.

If you are returning footwear, DO NOT put the shipping labels on the original footwear box. The original footwear box must be inserted in a bag or another box. If the shipping label is on the original footwear box it will be subject to 50% restocking fee.

If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded.

All items being returned MUST be in new, unused condition. Any item returned that has been worn or used even once will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

All points awarded from your original purchase will be deducted from your Choice Privileges account within 30 days on all approved returns.

Incorrect item delivered

If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will pay to have the item shipped back to us and then we will deliver the correct item to you at our expense.

Wrong size

If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, including golf apparel, golf shoes, or golf gloves, you may ship the item back to us, in new and unused condition, and we will replace it with the correct size (if available). Returns and shipping charges due to wrong sizing are paid by the customer.

How to return an item

  1. You can return any new, unused item by signing into your Choice Privileges account.
  2. Click on “My Account”
  3. Click on “Orders”
  4. View the order you want to return and click “UPS Return Label”
  5. For a reduced fee you can print this return label and return the item for a refund, less shipping charges
  6. Return label fees – Apparel ($6), Shoes/Clubs ($10) and Bags/Full Sets/Travel Covers ($15)
  7. To return the item on your own please call 888-641-3932 to request a “return authorization” number and return address information

Cancel a Reservation

Tee times purchased using redeemed Choice Privileges points are non-refundable.

Hot Deals tee times can be canceled but are non-refundable unless the golf course is closed on the day of play.

Tee time reservations paid at the golf course are subject to the golf course’s specific cancellation policy. Convenience fees will not be refunded for cancellations unless the course is closed on the day of play and the golfer did not play any part of the tee time.

Change a tee time

All Hot Deals tee time sales are final and non-refundable unless the golf course is closed on the day of play. To change the date or time of your reservation, you must cancel your existing tee time reservation and rebook a new tee time reservation. Tee time reservations paid at the golf course are subject to the golf course’s cancellation policy. Convenience fees are not refunded for cancellations or modifications.

Weather Policy

Any unplayed reservation can be cancelled and refunded if the golf course is confirmed to be closed on the day of play. To confirm the golf course is closed, a GolfNow representative must call the golf course. Closure is at the discretion of the golf course, not the golfer. To be eligible to receive a refund if the course is closed, you must still have the tee time reservation on the day of play.

Hot Deals reservations are non-refundable once your round has begun.

Tee time reservations paid at the golf course adhere to the golf course’s rain check policy once the round has begun. Please see the golf course pro shop to be issued a potential rain check.

No Show Policy

No-Show Policies can vary at each golf course. Most golf courses reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the round for any golfers that do not show for a tee time reservation or who do not cancel within the golf course’s cancellation policy.
